How To Use
PRP Preparation Procedure
1) Withdraw Blood and Prepare PRP
A. Fill PRP tubes with patient's blood.
B. Soon after the sampling,turn the tube 180o upside down,shaking and mixing 6-8 times.
2) Centrifugation
A. The blood is then placed in a centrifuge for 5 minutes at 1500g.Place tubes opposite each other to balance.
B. Blood will fractionate. PRP(Platelet-Rich Plasma) will be on top and red blood cells and white blood cells at bottom,the platelet poor plasma is discarded.Concentrated platelets are collected into a Sterile Syringe.
3) Aspirate PRP
A. Right after Centrifugation,to aspirate the PRP. Be sure not to draw up the Red Blood Cells.
B. Collecting all platelet rich plasma and ready to inject to patients.
Tube surface treatment:
As well known, PRP tubes must be sterilized in order to ensure the safety during used for PRP therapy, but the normal glass tube will be changed to brown color after irradiation sterilization, Vida brand PRP tubes are used specifical glass material, that can be sterilized by Co. 60 Ray and tube is still transparent
Professional Gel:
The proportion and density of gel will influence the concentration of PRP, so our gel is developed by our technicist, it is different from normal gel, special proportion, density and will not dissolved in blood, after centrifuged, there will no gel vestigital on the tube wall.
