Q1: What is your terms of payment? 
A:Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight
For regular orders, we prefer 30% deposit before producing and the balance paid before/against delivery (we accept third party inspection before delivery)
Q2:What is your delivery time?
A:Time of delivery is 7-15 days after order and deposit confirmed
Q3:What is the shipping port ?
A:We ship the products from Qingdao or Shanghai port
Q4: How to get sample?
A: For old customers, we can provide sample free and customer only need to pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge 50% higher than the unit price as sample fee and customers need to pay express freight also
Q5: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A:For regular customers, who has DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS account can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected
For those customers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay freight charge directly to our company account
Then we will deliver the samples by prepaid
Q6: How to pay sample charges? 
A: You can pay to our company account
When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you
Prepare time for sample will be 3-7 working days
