NB-IOT, LORAWAN integrated vibration transmitter greatly saves manpower and material resources consumed by repeated deployment of wired data acquisition equipment during testing, and is widely used in vibration acceleration data acquisition and online monitoring of industrial equipment. The system node has a compact structure and a small size. It consists of a power module, an acquisition processing module, and a wireless transceiver module. It has a built-in acceleration sensor and is encapsulated in a dustproof and waterproof housing. The maximum sampling rate of each node can be set to 25.6KHz, and the analysis bandwidth can be up to 5KHz. The envelope analysis of the bearing can be performed to effectively determine the bearing fault. The collected data can be transmitted to the computer wirelessly in real time, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the collected data. The air transmission rate of the node can reach 250Kbps, and the effective outdoor communication distance can reach 200m. The node is designed with special power management software and hardware. Under the condition of real-time uninterrupted transmission, the node has low power consumption and uses a built-in battery.
