Features:

·The frame adopts standardized profiles, which undergoes aging vibration and annealing post-welding, followed by integral processing. The frame's reference surface is precisely flattened, ensuring superior stability of the machine .

·The spindle bearing seat is crafted from high-grade ductile iron casting and annealed, guaranteeing stability and reliability during high-speed operation. The spindle undergoes hardening and tempering, coupled with dynamic balancing, resulting in minimal vibration and robust durability.

·The machine features a closed safety cover and an automatic power cutoff protection device upon opening, ensuring safety and reliability in operation.

·The material pressing mechanism of this machine utilizes manual synchronous lifting and lowering. The eight sets of pressing rollers adopt a stable spring clamping method, ensuring synchronized pressing and quick, convenient adjustments.

·Equipped with a variable frequency motor for feeding, saving power, flexible, and precise, resulting in smooth sawing edges and reduced wear on the saw blade.

·Enhanced safety. A dual anti-rebound protection system is implemented: a set of anti-rebound protection devices that adjust with the plate thickness, coupled with a fixed anti-rebound protection device.

·Equipped with three sets of wear-resistant front feed rollers and four sets at the rear, totaling 14 rollers crafted from nitinol rubber. This material boasts exceptional anti-slip characteristics, thereby facilitating smoother feeding and guaranteeing optimal power output. Additionally, a set of pressure wheels is positioned above the spindle to mitigate board jumping during sawing operations, thus preserving the smoothness of the sawing edge. The transition to power rollers on both the front and rear surfaces further enhances the ease of board feeding.

·The variable frequency adjustable feeding mechanism enables the feeding speed according to the thickness and hardness of various sheets, promoting smoother and more stable material feeding.
