Product introduction
   LIR-5605 is a high molecular weight with main component cis 1,4-polyisoprene.
The molecular weight of LIR-5605 is designed between solid rubber and plasticiser,with both characteristics of solid rubbers and plasticiser,so it has plasticizing effect and vulcanisability with solid rubbers. As a reactive plasticiser,It can cross-link reaction with many additives or rubbers in different rubber area.They are slight yellow color , transparent and almost entirely odorless with low VOC's.

Product Characteristics：
It can enhance aging resistance in final products with reduction migration significantly, cannot be easily extracted by solvent. The most important advantage of LIR-5605 is to reduce Mooney viscosity and participate in a reaction during rubber compounds while maintain the physical properties unchanged,then reduce the processing time of rubbers and production costs. Moreover, lt can be mixed with other additives to improve their performance,wide range of applications including tires, belts, rubber tube, sealants, adhesives, etc.

LIR-5605 is favored by high-performance tires,such as bead filler,Sidewall rubber,Tread and Buffer layer,cushion area, it has good mixture with natural rubber and works well as a reactive plasticiser for NR,the plasticizing effect of LIR-5605 is equivalent to TDAE/processing oil in rubber formulations,It can be used alone or in combination with TDAE/processing oil to reduce the Mooney viscosity of the rubber to achieve softening and plasticizing,improve silica/carbon black dispersion in certain formulations, make the strength and mechanical properties better in some certain formulas.

Product Preponderant
In the rubber vulcanization process, LIR-5605 participates in reaction, improves the strength, hardness and elongation at break of the rubber product compared with the non-reactive plasticiser, less likely to migrate in the final product and not easily extracted by the solvent. Improve the aging resistance of rubber.

Packed in steel drums, net weight 15KG/175KG Drum; or packed in EVA bags, net weight 2KG/Bag in paper carton. Shelf life 24 months in original packing container.
