Application
Pipe conveyor is an up-to-date and epochmaking transportation system that has solved many problems, such as cargo spills, scattering, leakage and mixing with foreign materials, limited angle of inclination etc, encountered in the conventional conveyor system.
At loading of materials, pipe conveyor remains open with conventional trough and while transporting, it becomes pipe shape containing the material.
It returns to open shape, slightly ahead of the discharge pulley. There's no spillage nor training problem, because the material is wrapped around by belt.
Pipe conveyor is available in the horizontal turns as well as vertical turns.
The initial cost as well as running cost of pipe conveyor are more economical.
