Working process and principle:Firstly,the inspection machine  deliver the material through vibrate plate,when the material pass the conveyor belt, the laser sensor  trigger the cameras to take pictures,then the computer will analyze and identify the pictures,and will send the analyzed results to PLC to implement. When the default products arrive in the rejection station,maganetic valve will be opened automatically,the compressor air will blow the defaults out.The qualified products will go to the next station and continue detect other items or go into the collecting cartons,detect finished.The machine is equipped with counter and carton change system.Moreover,this inspection machine can be connected with assembly machine or rubber fitting machine to increase efficiency,decrease labor cost and space.  Technical specifications:
