The 506TJW catalyst is a strong interaction system between precious metals and semiconductors. It is mainly used to remove all hydrocarbon impurities including methane in oxygen or oxygen-containing gases. Its principle of action is: when the raw gas passes through the catalyst, hydrocarbons and methane impurities in the gas are converted and reacted with oxygen to produce water and carbon dioxide to achieve the purpose of hydrocarbon removal and purification.The catalyst has the characteristics of high catalytic activity, deep purification, large gas processing capacity, wide applicable temperature and pressure range (no ablation at 650℃), no need for activation and regeneration, high mechanical strength, difficulty in pulverization, and unyielding activity after many years of continuous use. It has excellent anti-poisoning ability against poisons such as H2S, SO2, Cl2, NH3. Safe to use and easy to operate.

use method:1.The 506TJW catalyst was evenly packed into the reactor without shaking and compacting, and the reactor was closed.2.Pour in the gas to be purified, control the space velocity at 300hr-1 , turn on the heating power supply, and control it in 2 to 3 stages to ensure that the final constant temperature of the catalytic reactor is at 420℃. After considering the uniform temperature of the catalyst, it can be put into use.3.Using this catalyst, users do not need to pre-treat, activate, and regenerate, and can be used continuously for many years.
